Alfredo Sauce
9 Tbs. butter (1 cube plus 1 Tablespoon)
3 c. heavy cream (or half milk and half cream)
3 pinches nutmeg
3 dashes garlic salt
3 dashes seasoning salt
salt and pepper
1 c. grated parmesan
Melt butter and add cream. Boil until cream is reduced to half (10-15 minutes). Add seasoning. Remove from heat and add parmesan cheese. Serve over noodles.
